We don’t play with our alimentation! Developing healthy eating habits is not that difficult. We are often succumbing to food temptation and our desires prevail on our will to eat balanced meals. Break bad habits ! The Xtra coaching team puts forward some of those daily mistakes to make you realize how important the content of our plates is.

Vitamins are essential to the proper functioning of the organism. And since the body does not know how to produce them, it is in your alimentation that you will have to look for them and so, to avoid deficiencies. But be careful, they are fragile ! Try to use fast cooking modes and focus on your products’ freshness in order to increase your vitamin intake.
“Eat 5 fruits and vegetables per day and fish at least 2 times a week” … “Eat less fat, less sweet, less salty”… Easy to say, but to what a portion of vegetables is corresponding ? Is a glass of juice equivalent to a fruit? To see more clearly and to avoid food confusion, here are some equivalences that should help you to better balance your alimentation.
